What if tracksuits had existed in the Renaissance? Renaissance Couture is a fanzine that answers that question with a straight face: athletic wear reimagined through the opulence, drama, and very serious collars of the period.
It started as a playful experiment to see how Runway’s model would handle Renaissance artistry colliding with modern sportswear. It ended up as an editorial borrowed from the format of old fashion magazines: a how-to guide for assembling the look yourself. Ruff optional. Stripes mandatory.
